Marktmacht is schadelijk voor ondernemers en consumenten. Daarom toetsen we sommige fusies en overnames. Ook kleine overnames kunnen leiden tot marktmacht.

We zijn positief over de reactie van het kabinet op het wetsvoorstel van kamerlid Bushoff. Wij pleiten voor een inroepbevoegdheid en een verhoging van de meldingsdrempels. Dat zorgt voor lastenverlichting voor bedrijven én geeft ons de mogelijkheid om gerichter marktproblemen op te lossen.
